Because of this unique approach, each team member is empowered to make personal, departmental, and company decisions. That means that, from a career standpoint, you will have an opportunity to take control of your career. Each employee creates a weekly scorecard focused on career and company-wide goals. The scorecard tracks weekly activity-based numbers to provide clarity and accountability for the measurables you selected!
