Dalton serves as Head of Internal Finance and leads the firm’s Business Advisory department. In his role, he supports both the firm and its clients with financial operations and provides practical guidance on day-to-day and strategic business decisions.
Dalton’s experience comes from hands-on involvement in business. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, he later helped run his family’s business and continues to own and operate multiple businesses today. This ongoing experience allows him to stay closely connected to the challenges business owners face.
Through his work in business consulting, Dalton built strong relationships with the firm and its clients, leading to the opportunity to help lead the development of both the internal finance function and advisory services. He brings a straightforward, practical approach focused on real-world solutions.
