Full Time Bookkeeper/ Tax Preparer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned at Manager’s discretion.

• Bookkeeping
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Miscellaneous Invoice Processing
• Payroll Processing
• Bank Deposits and Reconcile Bank Statements
• Customer Follow-up
• Customer Satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to management as requested

A small local accounting firm is looking for an independent, motivated individual that has great organizational skills, is proficient in computer/math skills, can multi-task, and is a team player.

Preferred experience:
• Bookkeeping: 1 year
• Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks Experience is a plus
• Tax Preparation is a plus
• Wages DOE
